Favorite 2020 Book Covers 📸

📸 Hi, guys! I hope you’re having the most wonderful day & you’re starting the week in the best way!❤️ Today I’m very excited because it’s the beginning of what will be the end of the year post series that I’m very excited to share with you! 🥺 To open this week I want to start with one of the most fun and beautiful posts to do and admire, and it’s the post where I show you all my favorite covers of this 2020!!! 😍 I started with these posts two years ago, so I’ll leave you here my favorite covers of 2018 & 2019 in case you want to check them out, they’re also books that sound incredible, but as always in these posts, I choose to focus 100% on the covers dedicating this space to admire the beauty and incredible work of the illustrators. 👏🏻 👏🏻
I don’t have a specific number to choose my covers, I’ll only be showing you those that have captivated me and have become an obsession for me to look at & also, this is a personal opinion so I understand that you think that I’ve left some out or that someones I’ve chosen aren’t that impressive, but
that’s the magic of sharing, right? different opinions are gold. So, I’m a cover lover and although I know that books should not be judged by them, today they’ll have the distinction they deserve. 🤩
I hope you like this post a lot, so make yourself comfortable, enjoy the view & let’s get started!

📸 Now, let’s chat a little! What are your favorite covers of this year? & interesting question: What’s your experience reading books with beautiful covers? In general, is the story itself as good as its cover? and Do you usually buy books for their cover? cause OH, I’m guilty of it. 📸

So many questions this time, but I’m very interested to know your opinion so feel free to let me know everything in the comments & have a beautiful day! ❤️

    • I feel you!!!! 🥺🥺 I’ve found great reads on ugly covers, but there’s something so satisfying about looking at these covers, it makes you want to read their content even more 😍✨✨ and I understand you about that, I also add a lot of books to my TBR when I see these types of posts 😅

  2. I love art in general so I definitely appreciate a pretty book cover! It’s awesome when they capture the essence of a story. So far, I haven’t disliked a book with a beautiful design, so I guess I’m luck on that front!

    • OMG, absolutely!!! That’s the best part, right? ❤️ I always recognize the meaning of the cover after reading the book and it’s incredible how detailed some are 😍 & it’s great that most of your experiences reading books with beautiful covers have been good! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  3. Books that are amazing on both the inside and the outside are the whole package, but I try not to discount books with not so pretty covers. But pretty catches the eye.

Also the girl on the cover of Fable is absolutely gorgeous. Is she a real person or a painting? Anyway, I do love when the cover is another piece of art!

    • Absolutely!! 👏🏻✨ I also try no to have the habit although sometimes I confess that I’m weak to beautiful covers, although the content is always the most important because the cover can change with the editions, but not the content, right? 😊
      I know!! I LOVE Fable’s cover, I think it’s a real girl! 😍

And I didn’t even notice the ship in the eye on the cover of Fable until reading this post! Such beautiful details!! ❤
