🔥 Hi, guys! How are you today? I hope very very well, having a wonderful day, full of good reading.❤️ Today I’m super happy to bring you this monthly post that I love to do so much, and that’s my “monthly book releases”, this time obviously we will be focusing on March! As I always say, “Good news for the heart, but bad for the pocket” right? and it was never so true, especially because this 2022 is full of amazing releases that we won’t want to miss. 😍 I always like to take a second to explain to you how these monthly lists work… so, In these posts, I usually add the books that catch my attention personally or that I feel I might enjoy reading, so not all the releases will be in here, but those that resonate with me, and I hope that maybe they’ll also resonate with you, to add them to your TBR and read them someday as well! That’s always my main goal: to make your TBR grow more 😄!

I hope you enjoy the post a lot, that you like the titles I have for you this month, and of course share with me the book releases of this month that excite you the most. 👏🏻 Now without further ado, thanks for being there, and LET’S GET STARTED! 🔥

3 Literary Genres I Want to Read More of 🌙

🌙 Hi, guys! I hope you’re having an absolutely wonderful day, full of the best reading & having the best time. ❤️ Today I’m back with another post, where we’ll chat a bit about those literary genres that I’m looking forward to reading more especially during 2022, either because they will take me a bit out of my comfort zone, or because I like them and haven’t read enough. 🤓🌟 I think what I’m trying or hoping with this post is to keep up with this goal that I’m proposing to myself, and maybe I’ll get to read a little more within these genres, which I must say, to a greater or lesser extent, have already given me many satisfactions and good surprises in previous years. 🙌🏻 I also think it’s exciting to come back after having read a little more of each one of them to tell you my experience, and maybe you also want to try new genres out of your comfort zone, I think it’s fun to put these little challenges to keep us motivated with our readings. 🥰

What I’m doing today then is mentioning these 3 literary genres that I want to read more of, but I also want to share with you why I want to read them, and some books that I’ve liked within those genres, as well, as some that I already have on my TBR. I’ll also, obviously, be asking you for your recommendations for me, so I can have a wider variety of books to choose from in these categories below. 📖

Sometimes I feel that with time, when you’ve been reading for years, you can fall into always choosing the same genres because you know they’re the ones that suit you best, or have always worked for you, which isn’t bad, of course, but sometimes I feel that I’m missing out on something for not daring myself to try new genres, as well as there, are some genres that I’ve left aside and I really want to get back to 👌🏻, so I really hope to have a little breakthrough with it this year especially. 😊
So, I hope that as I always say, hope you enjoy the post, thanks a lot for your support 💞 & of course, share with me everything you think… and now, without further ado, LET’S GET STARTED! 🌙

5-Star Book Predictions (2022 Edition) 🌟

🌟 Hi, friends, how are you? I hope you’re doing great and having a day full of the best reading. ❤️ Today, I’m super excited because this post has almost become an annual thing for me 🙌🏻, but even happier to see that it has also become a trend among the community, as it’s always super fun to read as well as do. 😍 And this is obviously the 5-star book predictions, where clearly, as the title suggests, I’ll be naming 5 titles that I think will be 5 stars for me once I read them ⭐️, either because the plot sounds exactly like something I love because the vibe is something I feel will resonate with me or because I’ve heard good things about them already, also another big factor may be that I’ve read the author in the past and have clearly enjoyed them.

This is a post that allows me to play around a bit with my predictions about some books throughout the year which is always fun, but I also feel like it allows me to get more excited about my readings and is a great excuse to pick up these books right away to see how I feel about them. 📚  Also, I hope it will be something entertaining for you as my idea as always is to dump all this excitement here on the blog, where I hope to come back with my results and there we’ll see if, in fact, they’ve been 5 stars or not. 🤔 Here below at the end, I’ll give you some related posts and the last updated one I’ve done. I must say that I’m very lucky with this kind of prediction because even when they’re not all 5 stars they are usually 4 or 4.5 which for me is already a success! 🥳 I’ve also clearly come across some books that have been disappointments up to 1.5 stars, so really, in the end, anything can happen. 😅

Finally, in this post, I’ll be adding 5 2022′ releases that I think will be 5 stars for me, but I also want to mention other titles that I have left from previous years, and I haven’t read yet, to see if I can catch up with them.⚡️ I hope you enjoy the post, I hope you share all your thoughts with me, and that you decide to give it a chance and make your own list cause is always a fun experience to do and also to share, I highly recommend it! Thank you SO much for all the love & support in every post, you’re wonderful 💞, and now yes… without further ado, LET’S GET STARTED! 🌟

Recommendation Post | Cry-Worthy & Heart-Touching Young Adult Contemporary Books – Part #1 💧

💧 Hi, friends! How are you? I hope you’re doing great and having a day full of good reading & precious moments. ❤️ Today I’ve decided to do again a kind of mini-series here on the blog, after a while of doing one, where we’ll focus on those Contemporary YA books that have touched my heart, have made me reflect, have provoked me to think, have taken me through paths of many feelings and above all, are those stories that move something inside of you which makes them almost unforgettable. 🥺🌟
Honestly, I was going to bring you a top 5, but in the end, I would have to leave many excellent books out of the list, so that’s why I decided to make it a 3 part series, which I’ll spread over three months from now, this way we’ll have one of these posts every month from April to June. 🙌🏻

Many of these books have, of course, already been mentioned in other of my posts over the years 😊, and I even think most of them are on my massive list of 5-star Worthy Contemporaries (I’ll leave that post HERE in case you want to check it out!) and, in other posts related to books that touch on serious and sensitive topics, but I still wanted to come back after a long time with this kind of appreciation posts where I highlight these AMAZING, HEART-TOUCHING works, as I think they’re all really worth it. 🥰 Plus, obviously, it’s an updated list with new books I’ve read recently and I think they also deserve their place on this kind of list. 🔥
The books will not be placed in any particular order, guys, they’re randomly placed, they’re all really amazing and are more than recommended by me. As you will notice in the title, I’ve decided to go for the word “Cry-Worthy” 😭 as they’re mostly books that have moved me on a deeper level, and as I’m very sensitive they have honestly made me cry, which isn’t to say that they’re particularly super sad or anything like that, but they’ll undoubtedly touch a part of you due to their sensitive themes of all kinds, from family issues, personal growth, strength, loss, faith, love, and much more. So basically if you want to feel touched by a book this is the right place for you! 😍

I’ve decided to do this mini-series focusing on contemporary stories, and even if some of them have some magical aspect, they’re all stories focused on the contemporary subject as such. I’ve decided to talk about contemporaries now, as I plan to maybe do another post where we can talk a bit more about those books that are deeply significant for me within the fantasy genre, as well. 👍🏻 Obviously, I hope this is something you enjoy a lot, and you can hopefully find many books to add to your TBR.⚡️ You know I love to know what you think so feel free to leave me your comments 💞 & now yes, without further ado LET’S GET STARTED! 💧

My Favorite Book Cover Features 📸

📸 Hi, guys! How are you today? I hope you’re having a wonderful day and enjoying your readings. ❤️ Today, I’m super excited, as always, to bring you a new post, this time all about my favorite book cover features! A topic that although I don’t see much of, I think it’s a lot of fun to chat a bit about. 😍 Obviously, we know not to judge a book by its cover, but let’s be honest, sometimes we do and many of those times it’s because it has some feature on it that really catches our attention based on our personal preferences. When I refer to features, I could be talking about any factor that is part of the cover, as well as any detail it has, such as objects, letters, images, colors, and so on. 🙌🏻
In my case, this time I’ll be sharing with you the 5 fave characteristics that I love to find in the covers every time one is revealed, and they’re those details that make me fall in love with the covers, even before I know what the book is about. 🌟 In this post, we’re going to judge a little bit some of our favorite covers, and we can even go a little deeper and think about what it is that makes us even buy a book just based on the cover, and what it is about it that makes us love it so much. 😊
I hope this will be an entertaining post to also admire some of the book covers I’ll be using as examples today, and I also hope you’ll share with me your own cover preferences, as I’m really curious to know! 👀
So without further ado, get comfortable, find your favorite drink ☕️ & let’s get started! 📸

No visitors. No nights spent away from the apartment. No disturbing the other residents, all of whom are rich or famous or both. These are the only rules for Jules Larsen’s new job as an apartment sitter at the Bartholomew, one of Manhattan’s most high-profile and mysterious buildings. Recently heartbroken and just plain broke, Jules is taken in by the splendor of her surroundings and accepts the terms, ready to leave her past life behind.

As she gets to know the residents and staff of the Bartholomew, Jules finds herself drawn to fellow apartment sitter Ingrid, who comfortingly, disturbingly reminds her of the sister she lost eight years ago. When Ingrid confides that the Bartholomew is not what it seems and the dark history hidden beneath its gleaming facade is starting to frighten her, Jules brushes it off as a harmless ghost story—until the next day, when Ingrid disappears.

Searching for the truth about Ingrid’s disappearance, Jules digs deeper into the Bartholomew’s dark past and into the secrets kept within its walls. Her discovery that Ingrid is not the first apartment sitter to go missing at the Bartholomew pits Jules against the clock as she races to unmask a killer, expose the building’s hidden past, and escape the Bartholomew before her temporary status becomes permanent.
