Hi everyone, guys! , I hope you all are having an amazing time , today I bring you a weekly meme called WWW Wednesday originally hosted by A Daily Rhythm, and revived by Taking on a World of Words.
This meme tries to answer the following three questions:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you finish recently reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
Let’s do it!
What are you currently reading?
I’ll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson
A brilliant, luminous story of first love, family, loss, and betrayal for fans of John Green, David Levithan, and Rainbow Rowell
Jude and her twin brother, Noah, are incredibly close. At thirteen, isolated Noah draws constantly and is falling in love with the charismatic boy next door, while daredevil Jude cliff-dives and wears red-red lipstick and does the talking for both of them. But three years later, Jude and Noah are barely speaking. Something has happened to wreck the twins in different and dramatic ways . . until Jude meets a cocky, broken, beautiful boy, as well as someone else—an even more unpredictable new force in her life. The early years are Noah’s story to tell. The later years are Jude’s. What the twins don’t realize is that they each have only half the story, and if they could just find their way back to one another, they’d have a chance to remake their world.
This radiant novel from the acclaimed, award-winning author of The Sky Is Everywhere will leave you breathless and teary and laughing—often all at once.
This book was exactly what I needed in my life!
I have little to finish it and I’m loving it so much. It’s a story full of emotions and is fun and revealing, has these characters so unique and the struggle to overcome the loss and emptiness in their lives is the main point in the lives of these twins, I can’t wait to finish it and give you all a better review about it.

Sleeping Giants by Sylvain Neuvel
A girl named Rose is riding her new bike near her home in Deadwood, South Dakota, when she falls through the earth. She wakes up at the bottom of a square hole, its walls glowing with intricate carvings. But the firemen who come to save her peer down upon something even stranger: a little girl in the palm of a giant metal hand.
Seventeen years later, the mystery of the bizarre artifact remains unsolved—its origins, architects, and purpose unknown. Its carbon dating defies belief; military reports are redacted; theories are floated, then rejected.
But some can never stop searching for answers.
Rose Franklin is now a highly trained physicist leading a top secret team to crack the hand’s code. And along with her colleagues, she is being interviewed by a nameless interrogator whose power and purview are as enigmatic as the provenance of the relic. What’s clear is that Rose and her compatriots are on the edge of unraveling history’s most perplexing discovery—and figuring out what it portends for humanity. But once the pieces of the puzzle are in place, will the result prove to be an instrument of lasting peace or a weapon of mass destruction?
An inventive debut in the tradition of World War Z and The Martian, told in interviews, journal entries, transcripts, and news articles, Sleeping Giants is a thriller fueled by a quest for truth—and a fight for control of earthshaking power.
The truth is that my expectations when I started with this book were quite high, which today I think is one of the main points for what I have felt disappointed by, is a beautiful book, aesthetically is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen, but I did not like the content as much as its cover , in fact it has been a heavy reading and I haven’t managed to connect with any of the character, so I would say that it simply isn’t for me.
If you want to know more of my thoughts about it I will leave you my review HERE!

Snow Like Ashes by Sara Raasch
A heartbroken girl. A fierce warrior. A hero in the making.
Sixteen years ago the Kingdom of Winter was conquered and its citizens enslaved, leaving them without magic or a monarch. Now, the Winterians’ only hope for freedom is the eight survivors who managed to escape, and who have been waiting for the opportunity to steal back Winter’s magic and rebuild the kingdom ever since.
Orphaned as an infant during Winter’s defeat, Meira has lived her whole life as a refugee, raised by the Winterians’ general, Sir. Training to be a warrior—and desperately in love with her best friend, and future king, Mather — she would do anything to help her kingdom rise to power again.
So when scouts discover the location of the ancient locket that can restore Winter’s magic, Meira decides to go after it herself. Finally, she’s scaling towers, fighting enemy soldiers, just as she’s always dreamed she would. But the mission doesn’t go as planned, and Meira soon finds herself thrust into a world of evil magic and dangerous politics – and ultimately comes to realize that her destiny is not, never has been, her own.
Yes huys, I haven’t read this trilogy yet, and the thing is that I’m so excited to finally do it !, the covers are so unique and beautiful OMG!, besides the promise is super interesting and I really think I will enjoy, but I don’t know, I will enter in it without knowing almost nothing about the plot so I hope it surprises me and I end up enjoying it
I’ll Give You The Sun has been on my TBR for a while and I can’t wait to hear what you think of it!

I just finished an ARC of A Million Junes, it’s a well-done retelling of Romeo and Juliet that perfectly blends contemporary and fantasy. I’m about to start reading The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett!

I’m glad you are enjoying I’ll Give You The Sun! I loved that one as well. And Snow Like Ashes is a great read, although I didn’t like the sequel at all… I feel like the story would have worked better as a standalone. I hope you will enjoy your books this week and happy reading! Here’s my WWW.
