Top 10 | Light & Fluffy Books to Read During Quarantine 🍵

🍵 Hi, guys! I hope you’re having the most incredible day and enjoying your readings.❤️ Today I felt that it’s a good time to bring a recommendation post, with this top 10 where I’ll be sharing with you light and easy to read books to enjoy in these stressful and difficult times that the world is going through. 🥰 I just want you to have a small source of resources here on my blog in case you don’t know what to read or find it difficult to get hooked on the very complex and overdeveloped plots, maybe some books touch heavy and hard-hitting topics that can be a bit too much for some people in such tragic moments, so I thought about putting a little bit of myself to help you in case you want to read something fluffy, fun and simple, but in the best way in the most heart whelming and beautiful way. Obviously, some of these books will touch on topics of life and growth and personal search, also family and romantic themes, but I want to give you a reading that when you finish it you feel good, you know? That can put a smile on your face and give your heart a break. 💞
So without further ado, I hope you enjoy the post and all my recommendations, they’re made from my heart with much love, so I hope you enjoy them if you decide to read any, they’re all wonderful! 😍 & LET’S START🍵Read More »

💫 Hi guys, I hope you’re having an INCREDIBLE day. Today I bring you a Book Tag that I’ve seen in the blog of the wonderful Jenna ❤️|| Bookmark Your Thoughts ||, and since then I’ve wanted to find a moment to do it myself. I’m not sure who was the creator, but if you know, let me know to give her/him the recognition it deserves. 💫

🌸 Before starting the tag wanted to clarify something, as you see by now, I haven’t posted on Wednesday, which I’ve never done before, but everything is GREAT!, it just has been my boyfriend’s birthday 🎊 and I’ve been very committed with the read-a-thon, so I haven’t had time to post, and being honest I didn’t want to do something just for post, you know?, because I knew then I wouldn’t be giving 100% of me. But it’s just that, and I wanted to share it with you.
I’ve been really having a great time with the Smutathon, I’ve read 2 of the 5 books in my TBR, so I think I’m doing pretty well, I’ve read The Unhoneymooners and Vicious, but I’ll tell you my thoughts next week, in my Wrap Up, and I possibly also have a series of short reviews so you can check out if you’re interested in knowing more about them.😊
Finally, you’ll notice that I’ll be testing new headers, I tend to get bored quickly from what I have and from time to time I like to change, so don’t worry anyway is a small change but it feels refreshing for me. Of course, let me know what you think, I don’t have a lot of design skills, actually, I don’t really have any, 😂 but I do what I can so I hope it’s pleasant to the eyes, at least 🌸

💫 So now, without further ado, let’s start with the tag and I hope you enjoy it and decide to do it yourself! 💫 Read More »

💞 Hi guys, I hope you’re having a beautiful day. Today is Valentine’s Day, so I wish you a happy day full of love, I hope you all are very close to those lucky loved ones, not only couples but our families and friends. Let’s celebrate love in all its forms
I love you and I wish you the greatest happiness, so if you’re here with me right now, it’s an honor.
I was tagged to make this fun Book Tag by the great “The Orangutan Librarian” so, if you haven’t checked that blog yet, I don’t know what you’ve been doing with your life, cause it’s EXCELLENT, I recommend it a lot.💞

Please, Read This

Before starting, this is kind of weird because it doesn’t have ABSOLUTELY anything to do with the tag, but if I don’t mention it I’ll be feeling very guilty, I’m that kind of person lol. I, honestly, want to apologize with all of you guys for being so absent this week from all your posts, I usually take at least one hour or more every day to check your blog posts and comment on them, because I LOVE doing it , I love supporting you and I want you to feel it, but this week has been so CRAZY. I’ve had a lot of work and I’m also helping my aunt with her personal venture and also my best friend is having personal issues, so I must and want to be there for my loved ones, and I’ve to work and do life things lol.
Anyway, in summary, I’ll be back to normal soon, and I promise to check out all the blogs I can this weekend. I LOVE YOU AND YOU’RE INCREDIBLE, thanks for the support and you know that even though I can’t be there right now, I continue to support your work and your efforts. ❤️

Now, without further ado, let’s start with this tag dedicated to the best literary couples 💞Read More »

Hi guys, I hope you are having a great weekend. Today I bring you something very different, I know that my blog is very focused on reviews and although I also do some tags and memes, I feel that I would like to start doing something more casual kind of post, like this Bookish Updates, where I thought we could talk about some things that are happening in the bookish world, and thus share our thoughts on the issues that are happening at the moment. I plan to do this every time I want to tell you something important or some recent information about new releases, revealing covers and information related to the literary world.

July Wrap Up [2017]

Copia de Copia de SPRINGTIME (1)

Hi babes! I hope you’re well and having a great start to the week.
Today I bring you my July Wrap Up, where I tell you about everything I’ve read during the month. This month I read 5 books and unfortunately I’ve DNF 1, I hate don’t finish books, but I really wasn’t feeling it at that time, anyway, maybe I’ll try again some time, but I’ll see.
I was hoping to read more, in fact I had the time to do it, but I’ve really been feeling with a kind of reading slump, anyway I didn’t want to press myself because I know it would be even worse and I would end up not enjoying the readings, but with luck the books I’m currently reading will take me out of that place.
I have very different feelings from one book to another, within everyone I have read, so it will be interesting
I am currently reading an Arc of NetGalley which is Odd & True by Cat Winters and another book of my choice that is A Dog’s Purpose by W. Bruce Cameron, and I’m enjoying both very much so I’m very excited to talk to you about it very soon .So without further ado we start with this month’s Wrap Up.Read More »

Book Review: Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli

19547856Title: Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda

By: Becky Albertalli

Published:  April 7th 2015

By: Balzer + Bray

Genre: YA-Contemporary-Romance-Glbt-Family

Sixteen-year-old and not-so-openly gay Simon Spier prefers to save his drama for the school musical. But when an email falls into the wrong hands, his secret is at risk of being thrust into the spotlight. Now Simon is actually being blackmailed: if he doesn’t play wingman for class clown Martin, his sexual identity will become everyone’s business. Worse, the privacy of Blue, the pen name of the boy he’s been emailing, will be compromised.

With some messy dynamics emerging in his once tight-knit group of friends, and his email correspondence with Blue growing more flirtatious every day, Simon’s junior year has suddenly gotten all kinds of complicated. Now, change-averse Simon has to find a way to step out of his comfort zone before he’s pushed out—without alienating his friends, compromising himself, or fumbling a shot at happiness with the most confusing, adorable guy he’s never met.
