🦇 Hi, beautiful bookish friends! I hope you’re having a wonderful day, full of the best readings! ❤️ Today I’m bringing you a new double review in this horror month, where I’m reading spooky books and bringing you, of course, all my honest and respectful opinions about them. 😊
This time I’m bringing you two very different reviews one from the other, as one of these books I really liked while the other was a disappointing surprise. 🥺 So I’m sure it will be quite polemic, as one of these books is also very much loved, so I’m so sorry I can’t share that emotion.
I’ll be reviewing, on the one hand, The Dead House by Dawn Kurtagich: a dark story full of incognitos where we’ll explore a mysterious unsolved case that happened 25 years ago, involving twin sisters sharing the same body… all this told in a very original format 👻 & on the other hand, we have The Only Good Indians by Stephen Graham Jones: A book with a very particular twist where we follow a group of Native American men who must face their past when they’re hunted by a vengeful spirit hunger of revenge.🦌

🌙 Hi, guys! I hope you’re having a beautiful day, it makes me SO happy to come back with another post this month, since I’ve had super busy days, so I’ll celebrate each post that I upload and give it the value it deserves, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do by writing them.❤️ Today I decided to bring you a post with 4 mini-reviews of books that I’ve read in the previous months and I haven’t had time to review before, so I thought it was fun to create a single post where I highlight them and give them the attention they deserve, but It’s also obviously a good way to catch up with them and bring you all my thoughts. 👏🏻 👏🏻
Of course, even though these reviews aren’t as extensive as my regular reviews tend to be, didn’t mean I haven’t touched on every important point, in fact the only difference is that in these reviews I go straight to the point when talking about every aspect of them, cause you know I like to ramble sometimes so I hope it really is something that helps you to know a little about these books, but also that you can get each idea and thought that I want to transmit here. 🥰

I wanted to thank you as I always try to do, for the love and support that you continue to give me and to the blog in these moments when I can no longer be so active, that always makes me feel super happy and also gives me that encouragement to want to return to write, which you know I love to do with all my heart. As I was saying, I’ll be reviewing two books, one of them is an ARC provided by the publisher in exchange for an honest review, for which I’m deeply grateful, in this book we enter the world of a ballet competition and explored its darkest side 🩰 & the other one is my own choice, a book with a lot of hype which I had only heard the most incredible things about, where we meet a super diverse group of characters while we surround ourselves with a magical landscape. 🌅 I think that one of these stories may have been a totally different experience than I expected, while the other exceeded my expectations. 😊

☀️ Hi, friends, I hope you’re having the most wonderful day! What a blessing to be able to write a post again after a few very busy days! ❤️ You know that writing always connects me with myself and makes me feel at peace, as well as I also really enjoy sharing with you about my readings, so I’m HAPPY & excited to be here today. 😍 Before starting, if you follow me on Twitter you’ll know by now, but I’ve wanted to share with you anyway here, that I’ve opened MY OWN BUSINESS!! 🎉 I’ll be sharing with you a lot about it, I promise, but I wanted to mention it since it’s the project that has been taking all my time right now, and it’s something that I’m very excited about and proud about, so obviously, I want to share the process with you. But today, what brings us here are two highly-popular book reviews, so we’ll focus on them.
On the one hand, we have a book with a romantic summer theme that involves two very different writers and that ended up being much darker and more intense than I imagined & On the other hand, we have a book with a highly powerful message which I’ve learned a lot from, I adore coming across those kinds of books that have a clear positive and conscientious message. 👏🏻
